In the current era of digitalization, Information Technology (IT) systems have a very important role in the continuity of a company's business, because they can increase the effectiveness and productivity of a company's performance. Realizing this, the Company took the initiative to utilize IT in implementing operational performance, starting from the marketing process, production process to the distribution process of Precast and Readymix Concrete. This initiative aims to increase performance effectiveness and productivity and strengthen the Company's competitiveness.

 

In order to ensure the implementation of good governance/management practices as mandated by the BUMN Ministerial Regulation. The company is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the IT program, by forming an IT Steering Committee and assigning people in charge of each function who have knowledge and competence according to their respective fields, so that the IT formation and development process and its implementation can be carried out according to plan.
