Basic HR Management Policy
The Company determines HR management strategies in work plans and strategies needed during business activities. For this reason, the Company always adheres to the legal provisions in force in Indonesia, the Company's internal regulations and several other references. This is used as a basis that has been adjusted in managing the required human resources.

HR Management Refers to Law No.13 of 2003 concerning Employment. The Company's main basis in formulating HR management policies refers to the provisions contained in Law No.13 of 2003 concerning employment. This regulation regulates the important aspects required, including:

  1. Equality and fulfillment of Human Rights;
  2. Manpower planning and information;
  3. Organizing job training;
  4. Workforce placement;
  5. Work relationship;
  6. Protection, wages and welfare of workers;
  7. Industrial relations; And
  8. Work termination

In the next stage, the basic HR management policy within the Company also refers to the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART) whose content refers to the substance contained in Law No. 13 of 2003 and has been developed and readjusted to business conditions in the environment. The duties and responsibilities of HR management in the AD/ART relate to HR management, namely supporting the main and supporting business activities carried out by the Company by meeting employee needs, in terms of quantity and quality.

HR Management Refers to the Company's Work Plan
In order for the Company's business development and HR management policies and strategies to synergize very well, the Company, through the HR Directorate, makes the necessary adjustments to the work plan established by the Company. This is necessary so that the HR pillar can be maximized to fully support the plans that have been set. These policy adjustments include:

  1. Developing work systems in the process of implementing the HR Shared Service Center. As the size of the Company's organization increases, adjustments are needed in the work system which includes the implementation of a Talent Management System and KPI that is in line with the Company's objectives.
  2. Carry out a cultural transformation by paying attention to production and implementation activities that are more in line with manufacturing business processes.

Apart from fulfilling the basic basic policies in managing HR within the Company, Waskita Beton Precast also adopted several HR management strategies in studies conducted by external parties such as MarkPlus Consulting and LPTUI, both general in nature and studies specific to the Company. This is done so that decision making regarding HR management within the Company becomes more precise and in accordance with needs.   1. Consultation regarding WSBP Success Profile & HR Program Development, employee recruitment process, and renewal job descriptions. 
  2. Assessment and consultation for manager level employees, with recommendations for development programs for other employees.

COMMUNITY SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT

The Community Social Programs implemented by the Company are focused on Education Programs, Community Social Programs, Environmental Programs, Health Programs, and Arts and Culture Programs

The community is one of the Company's main focuses in carrying out business activities. The Company realizes that the existence of a prosperous society with guaranteed health conditions will affect the continuity of the Company's business. Therefore, the Company pays attention to the community by organizing several activities, including:

CSR RELATED TO RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS CONSUMERS

The Company always prioritizes customer satisfaction by providing the best service. The company is committed to providing maximum protection to consumers (product responsibility). The Company's commitment to consumer protection includes, among other things, the implementation of international standards for product manufacturing, quality management programs, external test certification, customer service programs, and customer engagement.

Company Commitment to Customer Service

Customer satisfaction is always the main aspect that is maintained by the Company considering the main business it carries out. The Company always maintains customer safety and comfort.

Customer Complaint Resolution Mechanism

Through the complaint center, the Company provides quick responses to incoming complaints and wise resolution. The follow-up mechanism for consumer complaints is as follows:

  • The Company has standards in responding to customer complaints.
  • Complaints come in through the call center, customer care email and website.
  • The Customer Care Department will provide answers in response to complaints to customers that the complaint has been received and will be immediately processed by the unit concerned.
  • The Customer Care Department conveys complaints from customers to the relevant unit.
  • Furthermore, customer complaints are processed and resolved by the relevant unit. Relevant units can directly communicate with customers in the complaint resolution process.


Complaint Resolution Rate

Throughout 2019, there were no complaints from internal or external parties via the website guestbook. Meanwhile, throughout 2019 there were no negative notifications regarding the Company in print media.
