Agus Budiman Manalu was appointed as President/Independent Commissioner of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2022 Financial Year on 21 June 2023.
He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Police Science from the College of Police Science (1993), a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law from Sjahyakirti University, Palembang (2001), and the National Resilience Institute Reg 46 (2011).
He started his career in the Indonesian Police at West Sumatra Regional Police (1985-1991), PTIK (Police Science College) (1991), National Police Headquarters (1993), East Kalimantan Regional Police (1993-1997), South Sumatra Regional Police (1999-2003; 2009), Bangka Belitung Regional Police (2005), National Police Headquarters (2011), Head of South Kalimantan BNN (National Narcotics Agency) (2011-2015), and Head of South Sulawesi BNN (2015-2017).
Asep Arofah was appointed as Commissioner of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 14 December 2022. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Indonesia (1), a Masters in Regional Planning and City from Diponegoro University (1988), and Masters in Management from STIE IPWI Jakarta (2003).
He also serves as Head of the Center for Management Education and Training and Functional Position Development of the PUPR Department and Expert Staff to the Minister (2020-present).
Poerwanto was appointed as Acting Main Commissioner of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 14 December 2022. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University.
Previously he worked at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk as SVP QHSES Division (2021-2022) and SVP Supply Chain Management Division (2022-current)
Fathur Rokhman was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 21 2023. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Indonesian Language Education from UPI, a Masters (S2) in Linguistics from the University Indonesia and Doctorate (S3) in Linguistics from UGM. He has served as Chair of the Semarang State University Research Institute (2004-2007), Assistant Chancellor for Development and Cooperation (2010-2013), and Chancellor of Semarang State University (2014-2022)
Abianti Riana officially serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the results of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). She earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Bogor Agricultural Institute in 2008.
He serves as Commissioner of PT PNM Mitra Dagang Madani (2019-current) and Independent Commissioner of PT Waskita Karya Realty (Jan-Jun 2022).
FX Poerbayu Ratsunu was appointed as President Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 17 December 2021. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from Atmajaya University, Yogyakarta (1996), and a Master's degree (2). Masters in Management from the University of North Sumatra, North Sumatra (2007).
He started his career at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk as Commercial Staff (1997). Then he had a career as Manager of the Marketing & Quantity Survey Division Area 2 of the Department of Foreign Affairs (Jan 2015-April 2015), Manager of the Quantity Survey Bureau of the Department of Foreign Affairs (2016-2017), Manager of the Myanmar Country Area 2 Department of Foreign Affairs (2017-2019) , Manager of Area 2 Operations Division, Department of Foreign Affairs (2017-2019), General Manager of the Department of Foreign Affairs (2019-2020).
Asep Mudzakir was appointed as Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 17 December 2021. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting from Padjadjaran University, Bandung and a Masters (S2) from Prasetya Mulya, Jakarta.
Sugiharto was appointed as Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 17 December 2021. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Malang (1993) and a Masters (S2) in Management. , University of 17 August 1945, Surabaya (2017). Asep Mudzakir was appointed as Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 17 December 2021. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting from Padjadjaran University, Bandung and Masters (S2) Prasetya Mulya, Jakarta.
Asep Kurnia was appointed as Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 27 June 2022. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law at the IBLAM College of Law (2004) and a Masters in Management at IPMI International Business School (2013).
He had a career as an Associate Consultant at PT Proxis Consulting (2020-2021) and HC Solution Director PT Proxis Consulting (April 2022-June 2022).
Bambang Dwi Wijayanto was appointed as Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 27 2022. He successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from Jayabaya (1997) and a Postgraduate (S2) Marketing degree from the University Mulawarman (2010).
Previously he worked as Director of Business Development & Operations & Maintenance of PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Construction (2017-2018) and Main Director of PT Wijaya Karya Bitumen (until June 2022).
