This large program is supported by 3 main pillars, namely Operational Excellence, Business Nourishment, and Technology & Digitalization. For each pillar there is a Breakthrough Program so that these three main pillars can move towards improving the company.

1. Operational Excellence

Focuses on improving operations from the internal side of the company. This pillar aims to increase efficiency, improve liquidity, increase employee competency, and improve the company's Human Capital Management (HCM) function. This pillar is supported by 3 breakthrough programs, namely

Lean Operations, namely increasing internal capabilities that focus on process-based efficiency read,

Cash Engine, namely improving company liquidity by accelerating the liquidation of Slow Moving Inventory and also improvements collection days turnover,

Talent Booster, namely increasing competency in terms of employee capacity and capability as well as improving the Company's HCM function.

2. Business Nourishment

Focusing on strengthening the company's business. This pillar was prepared with the aim of creating competitive capabilities, optimizing assets, and building the company's image. As an effort to strengthen the company's business, this pillar is supported by 3 breakthrough programs, namely

Competitiveness, namely creating the ability to compete in getting the market

Strategic Partnership, namely working together with partners to create more capabilities, in an effort to optimize asset utilization

Brand Intelligence, namely building a company image that prioritizes increasing stakeholder value

3. Technology & Digitalization

Focuses on the efficiency of digital-based business processes and the creation of products based on market needs. This pillar was prepared with the aim of providing profit optimization. This pillar is also supported by 3 breakthrough programs, including:

Integration Data Management System, namely developing data management applications that are integrated with each other

Product Newness, namely the company's business and products focus on implementing technological developments needed by the market and in accordance with the era of modernization

Digitalization, namely digitizing processes that can be made more efficient with the help of technology.

These three pillars of transformation are carried out based on Governance, Risk and Compilance, AKHLAK (Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative), and Talent Engine. This will be a focus in WBP's transformation program, which aims to improve work process operational activities, relations & marketing strategies in gaining markets, and future development of the Company's technology. Of course, this goal will still be balanced with AKHLAK culture, implementation of GRC and Human Resources management which is in line with the Company's Vision, namely to become a trusted partner in the Integrated Concrete, Construction and Modular Industry in Indonesia.

To date, several corporate actions that have been carried out in accordance with business transformation include cost efficiency through clustering programs for Unit Plants & Batching Plants, centralization of equipment improvements for production lines, increasing work effectiveness through programs Integration Working in Connectivity, e-procurement system in the company's business line as a form of digital and technological adaptation that supports improving corporate governance, developing LMS programs (Learning Management System) to increase human resource competency, to build & strengthen corporate image through soft & hard campaign.

In the future, WSBP will focus on increasing external market acquisition through its 3 main business lines, namely precast, readymix, and construction & installation services. Apart from that, WSBP also integrates business strategies through programs one stop concrete solution, running the system lean manufacturing in the company line, and fulfillment of the IT Master Plan Road Map as a form upgrade Companies in the digital and technology fields.

Of course, all of this is carried out in accordance with good governance in every business process. WSBP is committed to continuing to implement risk management balanced with the development of innovation and company digitalization.
